THE PROCESS
The process is created to be as easy as possible for both parties.

Strategy
Send in an inquiry and then we'll set up a consultation. The consultation we'll decide if we're a good fit and then establish our strategy and direction.

Grind Time
After the consultation, an invoice will be sent. Deposits must be paid prior to the start of services. I'll then start drafts. Once, drafts are received, I'll complete revisions if needed.

Send Off
After revisions are completed, and you are satisfied, the final product will be sent in respective file types, only if the invoice has been paid in full, or unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
*Processes are subject to change based on complexity of projects. Client agreement forms must also be signed and returned prior to start of project for all packages or retainer services.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
